The viral clip shows a staff member in an orange uniform yelling at an older Chinese man in a blue shirt who was at the counter.
His colleagues had to drag him outside to calm him down, but even the elderly man’s apologies couldn’t stop the shouting.

Unverified Account Suggests Dispute Started Over Egg-Switching
One Facebook user, Miszz Azah, claimed the elderly man started it by switching eggs that were already packed by the supplier.
According to her, the staff politely told him he couldn’t do that, but the uncle became angry and told him to stop talking.
She said things escalated when the elderly man allegedly cursed at the worker, saying “F*** you,” and only apologised after the employee exploded.
“Whether old or young, we should respect each other,” the commenter wrote, adding that both sides made mistakes, but older people should set better examples.
However, this account couldn’t be verified.
