A convenience store employee lost his temper and shouted at an elderly customer at Taman Putra Prima, and the whole thing was caught on video.

The viral clip shows a staff member in an orange uniform yelling at an older Chinese man in a blue shirt who was at the counter.

His colleagues had to drag him outside to calm him down, but even the elderly man’s apologies couldn’t stop the shouting.

The video doesn’t show what started the fight, leaving everyone confused about what actually happened.

Online reactions were mixed—some said people shouldn’t judge without knowing the full story, while others blamed the elderly customer for provoking the worker.

Many agreed that a short video isn’t enough to determine who was right or wrong.

Unverified Account Suggests Dispute Started Over Egg-Switching

One Facebook user, Miszz Azah, claimed the elderly man started it by switching eggs that were already packed by the supplier.

According to her, the staff politely told him he couldn’t do that, but the uncle became angry and told him to stop talking.

She said things escalated when the elderly man allegedly cursed at the worker, saying “F*** you,” and only apologised after the employee exploded.

“Whether old or young, we should respect each other,” the commenter wrote, adding that both sides made mistakes, but older people should set better examples.
