The King of the Monsters is officially stomping his way into KL.
TOHO, together with Toho Entertainment Asia and local partner M&M Creations, is opening Southeast Asia’s first official GODZILLA STORE in Kuala Lumpur.
GODZILLA STORE Malaysia will open on 9 January 2026, and setting up shop on the 2nd floor of LaLaport Bukit Bintang.
This KL outlet will be the first GODZILLA STORE outside Japan and Taiwan, so it’s a pretty big flex for local kaiju fans.
Greeting visitors at the entrance will be a brand-new, 2-metre-tall Godzilla statue created exclusively for the Malaysia store.

The statue’s design is inspired by the glowing green Godzilla from 70 Years of Godzilla: A New Roar in Southeast Asia, a 70th-anniversary video that shows the titan towering over KL’s skyline and other famous spots across the region.
Fans can expect a full range of officially licensed merchandise at the store, including collector’s items, figures, apparel, lifestyle goods, and plush toys.
